The plan includes a yearly air conditioning and heating inspection.
Air conditioning inspection includes cleaning and adjustment to the cooling equipment.
Heating inspection includes cleaning and adjustment to the heating equipment.
You also receive priority service when your a/c or heat is not working.
In addition, you will receive a 10% discount on service calls and parts on all services not covered under the maintenance plan.
We also provide humidifier coverage in which we will inspect your equipment and replace the media filter once a year.
All of our maintenance visits are performed during regular working hours, Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm.
